New SrcapBox.org menu
New Website for The Scrap BoxThe Scrap Box has a fresh new website! Go over to ScrapBox.org, take a look around then let us know what you think with a comment.

This new site is better organized, with lots of fun pictures and updated features. It’s professional but cheerful, and is packed with information.

Important note: The site is “responsive” which means it can be viewed on all devices efficiently: desktop, laptop, ipads, phones, and all. The important information is visible whatever the size of your screen.

The front page has an introduction to The Scrap Box with a description of what we are about, as well as a picture illustrating a range of projects and materials possible and available at The Box.

New Offers on The Scrap Box websiteVery clear and visible is the big blue “Call Out” button. Currently it features our new endeavor: we are now offering mail orders for supplies from The Box. First up is transfer foil, which by its nature has a great “Wow!” factor for an up-cycle re-cycle craft supply. The button links to the page about how to order this product online (including paypal), over the phone with a credit card, or via tradition mail with a check.

Please note the prominent “donate button” under the featured picture. ≥^!^≤

Scroll down a little to see three other link buttons.
1. Button links to how to use transfer foil: pictures and ideas.
2. Button links to our other “new” program: The Scrap Box is now offering to do workshops at schools.
3. Button links to our current seasonal display about Valentines’ Day, but this will change as we have new materials.

There are two menus on top. The dark menu displays main pages for information about The Scrap Box,with drop-down items for additional information. Note the link to “Site Map” will open a page with an alphabetical list of all the pages on the site. The light colored menu displays links to the various kinds of workshops we present.

Near the bottom of each page is a diagram-style menu linking to all the pages on The Scrap Box website. (click to enlarge the picture of this menu.)
